Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before starting your project. Don't see your question? Give us a call.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Redmond area and serve the greater Seattle and Puget Sound region, including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, and Renton. Not sure if your project is in range? Give us a call.
What types of commercial projects do you take on?
Ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, office and corporate build-outs, retail and restaurant spaces, and commercial remodels and renovations. If it's a commercial space, we can build or improve it.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Power Build Masters is a licensed, bonded, and insured commercial general contractor registered in Washington State. We're happy to provide our registration and proof of insurance before any work begins.
Do you offer design-build?
Yes. With design-build, one accountable team handles both design and construction — giving you a single point of contact, tighter budget and schedule control, and a faster path from concept to occupancy.
Can you work around our business hours or in occupied space?
Absolutely. We plan phased schedules and after-hours or weekend work when needed to keep your business running while we build.
Do you provide preconstruction and budgeting?
Yes. We provide preconstruction services — accurate budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling up front — so you can make informed decisions and avoid surprises during construction.
Do you handle permits and code compliance?
Yes. We manage permitting, inspections, and code and ADA compliance so you don't have to navigate the jurisdiction's process yourself.
How do we request a bid or get started?
Call us or request an estimate through our website. We'll learn about your project, walk the space, and put together a clear scope and budget.
